QR Tools: Scan & Generate ("the App") respects your privacy.

The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its features.

Most of your data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

The App may store scan history, generated QR codes, barcode history, favorites, folders, settings, search preferences, and other user-created content locally using SQLite.

This data remains on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

The App requires Camera permission only to scan QR codes and barcodes.

If you choose to scan from your gallery, selected images are processed only on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

The App supports scanning and generating multiple QR and barcode formats including website URLs, text, contacts, Wi-Fi credentials, phone numbers, email, SMS, locations, calendar events and other supported formats.

The App allows exporting QR codes and related information as PNG, PDF, CSV and TXT files and sharing them using apps installed on your device.

Exported files are created and stored locally.

The App includes features such as QR & Barcode Scanning, Bulk Scan, QR Generation, Favorites, Folder Management, Search Engine Selection, Custom Search URL, Auto Copy, Auto Open URLs, Camera Zoom, Flashlight, Camera Switching, Language Selection and Light, Dark and System themes.

The App uses third-party services including:

  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Firebase Remote Config

These services may collect limited device, usage, diagnostic and advertising-related information according to their own privacy policies.
